I had people on the call from different programs, different seasons, different mindsets, and the way everyone showed up for each other honestly caught me off guard. I didn’t have to lead. I didn’t have to pour. I just watched the room pour into itself. That’s when it hit me, this is bigger than content or curriculum. This is impact.
