Mixing physical with digital
Hi guys. After a bit of advice please. I’ve been running a digital print shop on Etsy for many years. Selling in 5 ratio sizes for customers to print themselves. I’d like to start offering physical prints too. Do you think it’s a good or bad idea to sell both in the same shop? Or will it just confuse my customers?

@Mihai Volintiriu To convert my digital store products to physical, do I need to set each product's category to physical before I can convert them on PrintShrimp?

@Mihai Volintiriu thanks, just wondering if there’s quicker way round it.
Address Change Before PS
What's the best way to handle an address change request before the order has been submitted to PS? The order hasn't been paid for or submitted yet. Is it better to ask the customer for the new address through Etsy messages and update it myself before submitting the order, or should I ask them to cancel and place the order again with the correct address? I'd like to handle it in the most professional way possible. Thanks!

@Camilo Palacio I'll be cautious here; if Etsy doesn't allow customers to use a different address from the one tied to the card used to purchase the item, neither should you. Someone might be using a card that isn't theirs to place an order. The legitimate owner could easily issue a chargeback against you. It's happened to me before on my website, so it's best to cancel and have them reorder with the correct details.
expanding on eBay
although I am doing ok now for Etsy but I want to maximise profit by also expanding on to eBay. Any tips on how I can run eBay?

@Max Murray any update on this? Also, regarding downloading CSV files, does it allow us to select the listings we want to download?
Landscape Frames A Series
I am wanting to add A4, A3, A2 horizontal framed designs to my collection. Can Printshrimp do this so that they are ready for hanging the correct way? Anything I need to consider or know? Thank you! 😊

PrintShrimp FAQs - Please Read!
Hey guys, Thought it might be useful to have a big old list of our FAQs. Please take a read through this and familiarise yourself with how we operate! How do I place my orders? Placing your orders is very simple with PrintShrimp. Unlike other platforms, we allow to create your products on your marketplace of choice, and then come to PrintShrimp for fulfillment. You can manually place orders, by filling in your customers address and uploading your print file. We also offer Etsy integration, allowing you to fulfill your orders with the click of a button. Head to the integration tab, connect your Etsy shop, and then click 'Import Orders' in your create order tab. We let you have the final say before fulfilling your order, so your shop is in your hands. When and how are my orders sent? Due to our extensive network of printers, it depends on the country of fulfilment. In the UK, we typically use Royal Mail 48. We use USPS Standard shipping in the USA, and AusPost Standard shipping in Australia. We print our orders on working days, but feel free to place your orders like normal on the weekends and they will be picked up and processed first thing on Monday. Our processing times vary from same day in the UK, to 2-3 days in other parts of the world. Please view of all of our processing and delivery times here. When can I expect to receive tracking numbers? You can normally expect your UK tracking numbers to become available at the end of the working day. In countries such as the US and also the EU, tracking is automatically added as soon as your order is shipped. You can see expected processing times, and therefore when you can expect your tracking, on our price table here. Please be aware that our locations open and operate in accordance with their respective time zones, and working days. The earlier in a day your order is placed, the faster we can get that order into production. Orders placed later in the day may not enter production until the next working day, due to when courier collections take place.

@Mihai Volintiriu thanks for responding! In that case, product type can't be digital download, right? And how do customers get their downloads after paying?
