Isn't Claude Code just a dumber version of N8N?
Hear me out, I've been in the automation (n8n) part and Agencies for 3 years now, and felt a huge personal skill gap due to busy schedule on Claude Code. So i started Nate's 10hr course, I'm quarter way through it, but i just have a question... People used to automations by code, than tools like zapier and n8n came, it got easier simpler and more accessible to general public, but now there is claude code and we are moving back towards coding? Before you jump to conclusions, think about general use cases of Automations, 80% of the time process and outcome must be deterministic. I got the point that 1. Claude does all the work 2. It self improves But the Ai in the loop capability disappears as we publish, so what's the fuss about? Wouldn't it just be better to create a highly optimized workflow in claude that has the ability to make n8n workflows in an extremely efficient way? Change my perspective, I'm really open to hearing what you people think.
How much do you charge per client?
Just wanna know what’s the normal price people in English speaking countries are willingly to spend for this service? Ai Automated Leads Response, Automated Follow Up, Automated Lead tracker Like can i charge them $2k to $5k for Set Up fee and $800 to $3k maintenance fee? or is this price range is too expensive to afford and the ROI will not make sense in this price? I mean like $1k to $5k spent for a system is normal?

A good formula is to divide the amount of money you make them or save them by 5 (ideally 10) and have that as the monthly retainer, and the setup fee being twice the amount that it is required for you to acquire a new customer, so that the revenue from the 1st customer will allow you to get the next customer.
whats the 3 best automations to land a job in 30 days?
I've been consuming alot of content and i also have past experiences with several agencies. What's the 3 best ai autoamtions i should create to improve my portfolio.
Let's start a PPL Agency.
The industry is very competitive and i want to switch things up. If we think from a business owner's perspective, asking them to pay $1000 upfront with $1500 adspend is purely irrational. Ai offers are good, but it's not scalable without providing revenue to the company. I believe a PPL agency but on a commision based model will work far better. Could be started in 2 ways, either we run ads for the company and sell them leads for a profit. Our cost will be $30 per qualified lead, and they get it for $60. This will be a goo deal for them as we will only be targeting high ticket service businesses, the ROI for them will be valid. Second option is that we do it as a only commission based model. With the pay per lead model, we'll just simply make double the amount of adspend... so $1200 For the commision based model, on average if they even close 2 deals, we'll get $2200 ($1100 each close at a 8% commission) Now i know how to acquire the client at first and the leads for the client by Facebook and Google Ads. And need someone who can support the adspend of the client, this will only work if you personally have a job, have some cash that even if gets spent, it will not disrupt your daily life. We can allocate that to this, the probability of this working on paper seems really high, just bcz client acquisition (the biggest hurdle) is easiest here bcz everyone wants more money without spending money, lead acquisiton is the thing i am certain on.

@Hicham Char It's a business, not a job at starbucks. Obviously it will have headaches and risks.
I'm an Appointment setter (1 yr exp)
I am originally a Accounts and Operations manager in several agencies, left that and started doing appointment setting for my own agency, and later on for other agencies with a 6% pickup to close rate. (6 out of 100 prospects closed) I am currently doing 2 jobs, both on per hour salary... one's a AI Agency and other is a lead gen agency. I looking for another appt setting role for $300/m base or $4/h salary part time.
