Help Im menopausal. I am on .55mg estradiol patch and 200mg progesterone. I don't struggle with hot flashes but every other symptom is still present. Brain fog, low mood irrability skin dryness hair thinning every other symptom I still have. My OB/Gyn said I need to see a mental health provider if im not having hot flashes then I am medically fine the hrt is working.
