Hi folks! Anyone located in Orlando or Florida and looking to partner up? I am brand new to wholesaling, but my background is in cybersecurity and application development. So I am looking to automate most of the leg work (finding properties, market outlook, owner contacts, reaching out to agents, finding what markets are hot to wholesale in or invest). My app has a lot of plumbing, but it would be dope to have a seasoned person work with me to make it exactly what we need to accelerate our results. It can handle as many markets as we want it to for market research, but limitations are exports from Propwire, capped at 10,000 downloads a day. I've attached a glimpse into just the markets feature of the app. Note: No deals in the pipeline. This week's Member of the Week is @Mark Pantak. He spent this week grinding tax lien auctions in Indiana. Up at 5am Central on Monday, he picked up an investor flying in from California at the Chicago airport, then drove clear across the state and got through 24 properties that same day, home after midnight. The next day he got through 21 more properties in another county, with the first auction the following morning. That is what real work looks like, early mornings, long drives, and still showing up for the next property the next day. Put in work like that and tell the room about it. That is how you earn this next.

Thanks @Ty Flip Man ! It has been a real GRIND last few days! Up at 5am cst Monday morning and picked up an investor from California at the Chicago airport around 6:30 am and then drove to the far side of Indiana and drove 24 properties starting around 1pm est till about 7pm est and then dinner and other zoom meetings on tax sales & got to bed after midnight and then 21 more properties today in another county and we have the first auction tomorrow morning!
