Hi folks! Anyone located in Orlando or Florida and looking to partner up? I am brand new to wholesaling, but my background is in cybersecurity and application development. So I am looking to automate most of the leg work (finding properties, market outlook, owner contacts, reaching out to agents, finding what markets are hot to wholesale in or invest). My app has a lot of plumbing, but it would be dope to have a seasoned person work with me to make it exactly what we need to accelerate our results. It can handle as many markets as we want it to for market research, but limitations are exports from Propwire, capped at 10,000 downloads a day. I've attached a glimpse into just the markets feature of the app. Note: No deals in the pipeline.
