I decided on Thursday that I would write a new year song and dedicate it to everyone who is taking part in the 6 week food cleanse challenge. Took me a couple days to complete it. It doesn’t matter if we’ve failed in the past. Every day is a new day and the first day of the rest of our lives.

Many years ago my good friend @Wayne Leyshon said to me, "If you're out of integrity, your life doesn't work." Today in Weekly Wellness Mastermind, we discussed integrity as it relates to wellness - our health, our desires, our goals our relationship to ourself and others. It made me think of this scene - one of my favorites.

There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, As children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; It's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we're liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
