Today I ran a half marathon (21.1km). And honestly… I never thought I’d be able to say that again. 25 years ago I wrecked both my knees — not from running — but from being a rugby league player. The damage built up over time, and it eventually got to the point where two years ago I had two total knee replacements. Toward the end of last year I started running again — just on a treadmill at first — and I had this quiet goal in my heart: I want to test myself in a half marathon. So over the last 6 weeks I’ve been building up the kms… and today I lined up and did it. ✅ 21.1km ✅ 1:55 (under 2 hours!) This isn’t a boast — it’s just to be an example of what’s possible. Sometimes your “impossible” is only impossible until you make a decision and back it with action. And I’ve seen the same thing with so many of you through our challenges — weight loss, discipline, consistency, confidence… things you never thought you could do. Let’s go. Anything is possible when you put your mind to it. 💪🔥

Huge win for me this week, I’m down to 100.2kg. So pumped to crack the double figures.

Even though I’ve finished my 28 days I’m still using this community to hold myself accountable. Goal is to hit 90kg by the end of of 2026 and my fitness is higher than it has been. Let’s do this. 104kg and a after Christmas reset… have fasted since 8pm last night and eaten at 2pm today. Really enjoy my lunch.
