Wil spent THREE MONTHS going back and forth, analyzing every angle, asking a bunch questions about joining our DispoDragons profit-sharing mentorship. Three months of "let me think about it" before he took the plunge. AND once he finally pulled the trigger and joined us? This guy locked up a deal AND closed it faster than It took him to join! Here's how it went down: We found this on-market property, nothing fancy, just good old-fashioned due diligence.
