Hello everyone I am from Lebanon Im suffering from anxiety dpdr (depersonalization and derealization) 24/7 since late 2023 i just want to be normal again and feel real in every moment, so i am doing my best to recover and regulate my nervous system so happy being with you guys in this journey, feeling like someone being with me in this healing process makes me feel more safe and confident.
