Just a real conversation about your business. Drop a ✋ in the comments and I'll send you the booking link. (If we end up being a great fit for working together more closely - I'll mention it. But that's genuinely not what this is about.)

Your first gift: The AI Prompt Starter Pack for Solo Founders 🎁
I put together a one-page prompt guide for you. 10 AI prompts every solo founder should have saved somewhere accessible. Not generic 'write me an email' prompts. The ones that actually move work forward quickly and efficiently. These cover: → Turning a brain dump into a structured SOP → Drafting client emails that sound like you (not a robot) → Repurposing one piece of content into five different formats → Running a 20-minute market research session → Summarizing long documents into a 3-point brief → Writing your weekly priorities in 5 minutes → Creating a content idea bank from one core topic → Generating interview questions for any role → Building a follow-up email sequence from scratch → Turning meeting notes into a clean action plan Save it. Use it this week. Then come back and tell me which one you tested - I'll reply with my best tip for getting the most out of it.

Hi ladies 🤍 I’m Rachel. I co-run MusiLabUs, a creative and holistic project where we help people reconnect with themselves through music, art, and consciousness. We offer both online and in-person experiences, from group programs to individual journeys, all centered around vibrational music, creativity and self-development. Right now, I’m looking to stop managing everything manually and build a more unified system — ideally using AI — that connects our offers into one clear, automated funnel with a solid CRM behind it. Happy to be here and learn with you all ✨
Let's meet each other - drop your intro here 👇
This is the intro thread. It lives here permanently so whenever someone new joins, they land here first. When you join, drop a comment with: 👤 Name + what you do 💼 Type of business (or role, if you're employed) 🤖 One task you want to automate or stop doing manually 🌍 Where you're based I'll go first. I'm Annie. Marketer and entrepreneur, living in Madrid on a Digital Nomad Visa. I run this community and take on freelance clients in fashion and beauty eCommerce. One thing I want to stop doing manually: first-draft client reports. I'm about 80% there - the remaining 20% is the perfectionist in me that keeps jumping in. Based in: Madrid 🇪🇸 (originally American, perpetually caffeinated ☕) Your turn. This community is only as good as the people in it and I can't wait to see all of the big things each of you are up to!

Hello ladies, it’s a pleasure to be here 🤍 I’m Rachel, and I’m really happy to join this space. To be honest, I’m not completely sure if this is exactly my place — maybe it’s more for beginners — but I felt the call to be here, so I’ll briefly share my situation. My partner and I have been running our business for around 10 years, and for the past 5 years we’ve been developing our online services. We are called MusiLabUs, and our work is centered around holistic development through music, vibration, art, and consciousness. We combine creativity with self-development tools to help people reconnect with themselves in a more natural and embodied way. Over the years, we’ve created multiple offers — both online and in-person — including group programs, individual experiences, and different types of products. We’ve launched through webinars, Facebook ads, and organic content, and some things are working well. However, what I’m really looking for now is to simplify and unify everything. I’d love to create a more automated system that connects all our products, audiences, and processes — so I don’t have to manage each piece separately all the time. I already use AI quite a lot (for copywriting, visuals, video editing, etc.), but I feel there’s another level of structure and automation that could really support us. I’m here to learn, get inspired, and see how I can make our systems more aligned, efficient, and sustainable. Thank you for holding this space 🤍 Love Rachel Gribler
