Buyers Agent
Ok GMPers, so there are several buyers agents in Portugal, have you all used any of them? If so who did you use and what was your experience? Did they help? If I may be so bold what did they charge? I have seen prices range from 2500 to 9000 depending on price of the home. Please let me know your suggestions, and thoughts. Obrigado.

Hi! I actually do some work as a buyer's agent. In the Cascais area, because when expats are coming they don't know the specific areas, so it's important to have someone here that looks after their own interests.
