My P90+ protocol.
So I always start at 20 and I work my way down as soon as I start feeling a little tightness or a little bit of heat. Here’s a thing I always think of it as if you were pushing something really heavy and once you get it moving you don’t have to exert as much energy. This is why I start at 20 to get the blood flowing and then just back it down from there. I’ve tried it all different ways and this seems to work the best. The first round that I go on it is around 5:30 AM to loosen up and then again in the afternoon Around 2 o’clock when my body starts to get tight from my morning workout. Usually, when I travel, I take the Wond. This year spring break I’m entertaining the thought of maybe bringing my P90 plus with me. What are your protocols?

Got the P90+ on Dec 27 and use it twice a day. Just missed two days when traveling. I start on 10 and always go down. When do you know that you need to go down? Do you want your foot and ankles on fire? It gets real tight at 10 so I never went above that.
