Happy belated Birthday @Jace Kelly šŸŽ‚
House Keeping
Curious what others do to keep toilet paper on the roll? Leo’s at the stage where this is a fun activity. Have gone through 5 rolls in the last week like this šŸ˜…

I’d love it that’d work. maybe out of sight out of mind. But he’s tall and resourceful so he’d carry around a step stool if heā€˜s on a mission for it.

Contrary to what the pharma industry would have us believe, getting and maintaining health is not expensive and people aren’t inherently sick. In many cases we are taught that we are ā€œsickā€ so they can provide a ā€œsolutionā€.
Dad Christmas Gifts
What do y'all want for Christmas? I love giving gifts and that’s the highlight of my Christmas. I could receive zero gifts and be totally happy. But… people do want to give me gifts and I need to send them ideasšŸ˜‚

Definitely a hard one and am usually in the same boat. I tend to give ideas of stuff I wouldn't normally get myself. Clothing or board games. Or if I’m really out of ideas I’ll find some piece of exercise equipment that’s reasonable I haven’t bought myself šŸ˜…. PS. Dont recommend asking for weights above 25-30lbs.

@Jace Kelly so true and asking for something bigger than that people may not want to gift anymore having to lug around a heavy wrapped up weight šŸ˜†
Goal Setting
It’s time to start thinking about what we want our 2025 to look like. Here are 10 questions I use to for my vision for the next year: 1. What are the most meaningful accomplishments I achieved this year, and why do they matter to me? 2. Where did I fall short, and what lessons can I take from those experiences? 3. What areas of my life—family, career, health, finances, or personal growth—need the most attention next year? 4. How do I want to improve as a father, husband, or partner in the coming year? 5. What habits or behaviors are holding me back, and how can I work to change them? 6. Who are the people I want to invest more time and energy in next year, and why? 7. What skills or knowledge do I want to gain or refine in the next 12 months? 8. What does success look like for me in 12 months, and how will I measure it? 9. What is one bold or uncomfortable step I need to take to move closer to my long-term vision? 10. How will I maintain balance and prioritize self-care while pursuing my goals?

Love these questions @Jace Kelly. When it comes to making changes I always believe that assessing habits that can be improved or require changing are what’s going to make the biggest impact over time. To add on to goal setting is a framework for reflecting on goals. One I use is WOGA. After breaking down the larger goals into small actionable ones, every week or even daily I reflect on a Win, an Opportunity, a next Goal and Action steps.
