Many people don’t realize that the jaw is directly connected to the neck, the rib cage, and even the pelvis. When the jaw is tight, the neck becomes tight. When the neck becomes tight, the shoulders lift. When the shoulders lift, the ribs cannot expand well. When the ribs cannot expand, the breathing becomes shallow. When the breathing becomes shallow, the nervous system thinks there is stress. So a tight jaw can change: 👉 Your posture 👉 Your breathing 👉 Your nervous system 👉 Your pelvic floor tension 👉 Your lower back ‼️ The jaw is not just for talking and eating. ‼️ The jaw is a posture and breathing muscle.

@Zina Zinchenko it’s so tight and painful 😣. I tried to do that massage from inside , but I started crying from pain. I know I kept my truth silent and recently I started speaking it out.

@Anastasia T the left side of the body is connected to emotional wounds related to mother or other woman in your family and the right side, related to father, husband, brother. And the hip is related to betrayal. So there is a woman who betrayed you, or you betrayed, abandoned yourself to make your mother, sister, etc happy. Something happened in your childhood. Remember what and give your little inner girl what she needed at that time. Give her a voice, acknowledge her pain and assure her of your love. You accept, love, support, defend and always choose her. Tell her all this and you will see how the hip will loosen. All the emotional tension gets stored in the psoas muscle I had the same problem in my left hip, I could barely walk. It was connected to my father who abandoned us and later on to my husband. Now after months of meditations on healing the inner child and my young self, there is no pain while walking and I do stretches to improve my hip mobility. You can tap also the hips while rocking your body side to side ( standing position). I wish you healing. ❤️‍🩹
