I recently reread Alex Hormozi’s β€œ100M Offers” and wanted to share my summary with you. It’s a game-changer in understanding how to provide immense value. The idea is to create a Grand Slam Offer that feels almost too good to be true. Here’s the value equation he talks about: β€’ Dream Outcome: Amplify what your audience truly desires. β€’ Perceived Likelihood of Achievement: Boost their confidence they’ll achieve it. β€’ Time Delay: Decrease the time it takes to get results. β€’ Effort and Sacrifice: Reduce the work they need to put in. But none of this matters without a starving crowdβ€”people who are eager and able to buy. I learned this the hard way early on. Now, I’m applying these principles to my Black Friday offer. Find your 1on1 Accountability Buddy
Hey fam! In some high ticket coaching programs, people who sign up are assigned to their own personal coach to make sure they succeed in the program. So an opportunity that we all have here is to coach each other to make sure we succeed here! A couple weeks ago Rafa and I started holding each other accountable for our goals within Soulful Selling and in life. Not only has this fostered a great friendship, but it has helped us achieve our week goals! How we do it: We meet once a week for 90-120 minutes to discuss our wins since we last met, reflect on our past weekly goals, and create new weekly goals. Also, we use the opportunity to reflect on each other's experiences to add insight from a difference perspective. Every morning we check in with each other via text/voice message to discuss how it is going for each of the weekly goals we stated. This is an opportunity where we hold each other accountable and go deeper into why or why not we have done something. And of course, celebrating each other's successes and perseverance through obstacles. We haven't followed this perfectly, but what's important is that we show up consistently. That's the whole point of this, we are never going to be perfect, but if we keep at it, results come. Too many people give up because they don't get the results they want in the time they wanted it, forgetting the vision and their why. I wanted to make this post so that other people here can have the opportunity to find their own accountability buddy. What you can do is comment on this post saying you are looking for a partner to do this with. And then you can also reply to anyone else's comment expressing that you would like to partner up with them. Or maybe you already have someone in mind and you could go ahead and send them a DM! Let's put ourselves in the best position for when Frans & Benjamin release the parameters on what we need to do to help in the upcoming event! LOVE LOVE LOVE Simba

I'm missing enlightened detachment and asking raw&real questions. Also I'd insert the concept of being the friend that people need/want. Maybe in the listening commandment or in the trust commandment I'd also add a play on word with Presence and presents. Our gift to our potential buyers is to be so present with them that even if they don't buy they AT LEAST bare minimum gain clarity on their life, vision, blocks and next steps
