I recently reread Alex Hormozi’s “100M Offers” and wanted to share my summary with you. It’s a game-changer in understanding how to provide immense value. The idea is to create a Grand Slam Offer that feels almost too good to be true. Here’s the value equation he talks about: • Dream Outcome: Amplify what your audience truly desires. • Perceived Likelihood of Achievement: Boost their confidence they’ll achieve it. • Time Delay: Decrease the time it takes to get results. • Effort and Sacrifice: Reduce the work they need to put in. But none of this matters without a starving crowd—people who are eager and able to buy. I learned this the hard way early on. Now, I’m applying these principles to my Black Friday offer.
