Looking for Anti-Blitz buddy???
Focusing on physical health, which on that note... yay doctor's visit tomorrow! :) I have multiple chronic ailments so getting them treated is a must. Doing 10 wall push ups on days i remember is a good first step towards making it a habit and building arm strength. Speaking of steps I average 6,000-12,000 per day as my day job requires a lot of walking and sometimes running.... which also brings me to my goal of resting more to allow my body time to recover. Anyone else with or sympathetic to struggles of trying to get physically healthier balancing limits of chronic conditions with best practices for getting/maintaining a healthier body?
