Lose fat and build muscle
Hi guys. I’m about to start my fitness journey but need some direction. I’m 5’8 and 140 lbs. As far as exercise, I know I need to lift weights and walk. What about nutrition? Do I need to be in a calorie deficit or a maintenance? Thanks 🙂

My goal is to have visible muscle definition. I don’t care about the number on the scale, I just want to tone up and be stronger. I currently have a skinny fat physique.
