95% of AI agencies will be broke by 2026 (here's why)
They're pricing like freelancers while others charge $15K+ for the same work. Broke agencies: Wing pricing, compete on cost Smart agencies: Calculate systematically, sell outcomes The transformation: ❌ "WhatsApp automation for $1,500" ✅ "Eliminate your $8K/month staffing bottleneck. Investment: $8,500" Same automation. 5x the price. The math breakdown: - WhatsApp integration: 6 hours - Document processing: 12 hours - Report generation: 8 hours - Dashboard: 15 hours Total: 41 hours Wrong calculation: 41 × $35 = $1,435 Smart calculation: 41 × $120 × 1.5 risk = $7,380 The psychology shift: Your client isn't buying automation. They're buying $96K/year in salary savings. I have an entire SOP document on how to correctly price your AI service. Want it ? Comment "SOP" And I will send you the complete pricing doc. It includes: → Project analysis breakdown → Risk assessment multipliers → Value-based positioning scripts → $15K proposal frameworks Stop competing on price. Start dominating on value. The 5% who survive will fix their pricing now.

Hello Everyone! Prince Aggarwal this side.
A little late, but I'm excited to be a part of this community! A little about me: Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Delhi, India. I have learned the basics of N8N, Make, and other similar techs, along with vanilla frontend development, and I am eager to help my first client soon. However, I have a lot of questions, such as how to acquire leads, how to understand a client's problem and effectively pitch my ideas to them, and what the process of delivering solutions looks like, including any necessary paperwork. Also, can you guys please share about automations / workflows / ideas that I can make and share on LinkedIn/YouTube, without costing money ( broke uni student :/ ) I would appreciate any guidance to help me clear my "newbie doubts" and assist me in acquiring my first client. Thank you!
