Too many styles, too early
One of the most common early mistakes I see in apparel brands has nothing to do with design or marketing. It’s launching with too many styles. Not because founders are ambitious — but because they’re unsure. More SKUs feel safer. In reality, they destroy cash, focus and feedback loops. Honest question: If you were launching today, would you start with 3–5 styles or 10–20? And why?

Quick check-in 👋
Curious to understand where everyone’s at right now. If you’re up for it, just reply with one line: • What stage you’re at (idea / early sales / scaling) • OR one apparel problem that’s on your mind right now No right or wrong answers — this helps me shape what we break down first here.
