7 signs youโ€™re building SOMETHING that will last
Iโ€™ve been in business a long timeโ€ฆAnd Iโ€™ve seen a lot of people chase whatโ€™s fast instead of whatโ€™s durable. Right now with AI, itโ€™s even louder. More tools. More noise. More shortcuts. But the fundamentals havenโ€™t changed. If anything, they matter more. Hereโ€™s how you know youโ€™re not just building something for right nowโ€ฆ Youโ€™re building something that will still be here years from now: 1. Youโ€™re focused on people, not just tools. Tools will change. Platforms will change. People wonโ€™t. If you understand people, youโ€™ll always win. 2. Youโ€™re using AI to remove frictionโ€ฆ not replace your voice. The goal isnโ€™t to sound like everyone else. Itโ€™s to amplify what makes you different. 3. Youโ€™re thinking long-term, even when itโ€™s slower. Quick wins feel good. But real businesses are built on decisions that still make sense 5 years from now. 4. Youโ€™re building trust, not just attention. Attention is easy to get. Trust is earned. And trust is what compounds. 5. Youโ€™re simplifying instead of overcomplicating. Most people get stuck because they try to do everything. The people who win get clear on what actually matters. 6. Youโ€™re creating real valueโ€ฆ not just content. Content is everywhere. Value is rare. One helps you get seen. The other builds a business. 7. Youโ€™re becoming someone people want to learn from AND be around. AI can give answers. It canโ€™t replace connection, community, or leadership. That part is still yours. Weโ€™re in a moment right now where a lot of people feel behind. Overwhelmed. Unsure where to start. Thatโ€™s exactly why this matters. Because this isnโ€™t about becoming an AI expert. Itโ€™s about becoming the kind of person who knows how to use it with intention. If youโ€™re building something right nowโ€ฆIโ€™d love to know: Which one of these are you strongest in? And which one do you need to lean into next? ๐Ÿ‘‡ Drop it below

๐ŸŒฑ April is here. What are you building this month?
New month, new window. April is a reminder that progress does not come from waiting for the perfect moment. It comes from choosing one thing, committing to it, and building momentum before doubt has a chance to slow us down. This is the month to stop overthinking and start moving. What are we building? A better system? A new offer? Stronger habits? More confidence with AI? More time back in the week? Whatever it is, April is an opportunity to create real traction, not just more intentions. The biggest wins rarely come from doing everything at once. They come from picking a clear goal and working it consistently. One focused month can change a lot. It can cut cycle time, reduce procrastination, sharpen skills, and create the kind of progress that compounds fast. So letโ€™s make this month count. Build the workflow. Launch the idea. Learn the tool. Finish the draft. Start the project. Protect the time. Use April to create something future you will thank you for. No drifting. No waiting. No playing small. April is here. What are you building this month? Comment your April goal.

@Stacey Anderson its a book about Ai and the end of financial consulting as you know it...
Claude surprised me today...
Its really a "dangerous" tool... kills jobs on the row... today I asked him to correct my 300 pages book... lectorate/form etc... because of the 300 pages he needed two parts... and the result? a docx-document nearly perfect...colours/tables, lines...all in one powerful order...no double "empty-spaces"... If I would have tried to get it myself... taking days... so paid lectorate? bye:-) just a final reading through...to see after "German Umlaut" and Kommata... and the look... so you can publish a prof. book in a few days instad of months...

@AI Advantage Team I wrote parts of the book with AI...as has lots of backtesting, datatables etc. thats what I cant write myself...would cost me hundreds and/or many months to get all the needed data... Here in Germany such a cleanup would costs many hundreds...

When Gemini and Claude accuse the other of lying...and both are false...
Yesterday I asked Claude to check the numbers of my businessplan...of a complex new infrastructure-business I was really shocked what they did... Claude said Gemini was dreaming... making it nice for me... then i asked him for his version...same data...and the result desillusioning... then asked Gemini what was is the problem... and he said... he was using false references... so recalculated with claude again...and came to realistic results who were not so ultra-optimistic...conservative enough for a banker to understand... and enough upscales for the investor to look shocked and unbelieving... AI makes mistakes it says...

@AI Advantage Team I let one calculate...with all the info we need...the result i put in the other... no difference...the first output was calculated with 200 to Tilapi per year...what is with best setup not possible... Claude said 20 to per year...because took the reference what traditional systems produce...but "forgot" the special setup...the realistic result was 130-150 to per year... what makes it a money printing machine... both forgot that you dont start with 100 % result from day one...so the break even was about 3rd year...fully paid end of year 4... end of year five full profit... interesting learning curve...
Best ways you've found to use Claude?
In my last post I asked how people use Chatgpt but it seems most people are now moving to Claude... So, how do you use it?

@Corey Blake I really am always surprised what Claude can do compared to Gemini... What is soo much better on the pro? besides the higher limits?
