How are you finding the reset now that Valentine’s has passed and we can all get back to the good stuff again? 💛 I managed to make good choices… with maybe a little too much food involved — which is also called being human. Back to it we go. I’ve been keeping an eye on activity in the app and reading what you’ve been posting, and I just want to say how impressed I am. You’re showing up, reflecting, making thoughtful choices — and that’s exactly how this starts to feel natural, not forced. Definitely not been 100% as have had visitors but definitely having oats, chia seeds, sunflower seeds daily. Struggling with the green veg one only done that a couple of times. my dark choc isn't 70% so although I have eaten it, it feels like it doesn't count. Have taken pics, just need to post them on the app
