How Is The Ten Day Nutrition Reset Going? Post Your Pictures!
How are you finding the reset now that Valentine’s has passed and we can all get back to the good stuff again? 💛 I managed to make good choices… with maybe a little too much food involved — which is also called being human. Back to it we go. I’ve been keeping an eye on activity in the app and reading what you’ve been posting, and I just want to say how impressed I am. You’re showing up, reflecting, making thoughtful choices — and that’s exactly how this starts to feel natural, not forced. Over time, this is what happens, you begin choosing foods that support you without needing to log or post — because awareness and confidence start to take over.That’s the magic of using the app consistently. If you feel like a little extra support, don’t forget you can rewatch the reset video in the classroom at any time. I can’t say I have been 100% but I can say I have 100% stuck to it at breakfast and tea, lunch not so much. I have increased my water (even had water in Harrods this pm because they had run out of decaf tea!) - it has definitely helped me to focus on nutrition and be more thoughtful about what I am eating.

@Caroline Hodson I have tried it and am not feeling it! Don’t mind herbal tea and decaf tea but straight water is just not me - I will keep trying.

Back from site and needed something sweet with a cup of tea and this hit the spot - Costco Organic Medjool Date and a M&S dark chocolate disc (72%) I admit I had two!

I have reminders on my phone which I use if I am having a desk day to make sure I move - this is a great stretch for me.
