Compounds: Build Muscle + Minimal Suppression
Hey Team, There are some great discussions on here but I thought I’d start a specific thread to discuss options and experiences of compounds that specifically increase lean muscle and have minimal suppression if dosed correctly, cycled, and taken with supporting supplementation. I am not interested in fat loss. I saw a video from Tony stating the benefits of AC262 and RAD140. But every time I research these on AI it’s certain that these will lead to suppression. I know suppression is a spectrum and not an on or off switch. Note, I am interesting in compounds that don’t require TRT as well. Perhaps it’s not possible, but according to a lot of what I am reading and watching, it appears that it is. But I haven’t seen a clear protocol suggestion. If it is possible what would be the suggested compound(s), dose, frequency, and duration? And is any PCT required on or off? If so, what, dose, frequency, and duration? Much appreciated!
