Thanks for this video! I didn't had a rock in my room, but it was challenging even without any weight. I really enjoyed the yoga elements. I'm very excited to start the 28 day challenge in the classroom here with my daughter soon. ( I hope I Survive 😂 )

OMG, it was really hard for me🔥, I couldn't exercise the hardest way, but the light version was OK 👍
