Embracing Impermanence

This body will change and age, and that’s part of life. Through consistent movement, we support vitality while learning to accept the natural unfolding of time.

Mindful Cardio under the Broccoli Tree
Today we continue the theme of simplicity through mindful movement and gentle cardio. When we truly pay attention and bring full presence into what we’re doing, we get so much more out of the experience. At the same time, we continue building the endurance that helps us get out into the world and fully live. Move with presence. Move with purpose.
