1. Do the daily workouts 2. Do Cardio in addition to the workouts (It only needs to be 15-20 minutes, but try to work hard) 3. Skip one meal or take one thing out of your regular daily eating pattern. This will cut some calories without having to go on an all-or-nothing diet. These 3 things, consistently, will produce results. Trust the process!! Are you doing all 3???

I do skip breakfast and start with 15 minutes of cardio. Working out 4-5 days a week. It works and I have seen my body far drop from 21% to 13%.
