3 Ways to Burn Some Body Fat
  1. Do the daily workouts
  2. Do Cardio in addition to the workouts (It only needs to be 15-20 minutes, but try to work hard)
  3. Skip one meal or take one thing out of your regular daily eating pattern. This will cut some calories without having to go on an all-or-nothing diet.
