Pricing
I've had an order come through for a 28x40 inch poster from the US. So this costs £25 to make and send. After all costs, I'm only left with £10 profit. My US prices are £3 more than the UK prices. I'm wondering what everyone else does. Would you individually increase the price for these specific sizes or keep the general few quid above the UK price. My worry would then be that nobody would want to buy it, if I increased the price for the sake of more profit. Would love to know people's thoughts! Thanks

Thanks Mihai, will definitely look into the price research. When you price up do you try and keep consistent profit margins across all sizes or vary it accordingly based off production cost?
Promotions
Hi everyone, I'm just curious to know what other people are doing in their shops discount wise. Are you constantly running a shop wide sale or only doing them now and again?

Bulk order
Hi everyone, Someone has just ordered 6 items from our shop. Do printshrimp offer any bulk discount at all or is it just the normal price for each one?
Need advise on shipping abroad ( outside the uk)
Hi all, im very new to POD and am very concerned about getting it right ( especially for the customer ). Help, I'm getting confused with using Printshrimp and selling abroad. I understand about the pricing side of selling abroad, but once an order is place for a country that isnt the UK, how do i know what company to select for postage. Does Primshrimp take control of all shipping details and source of a delivery company, and i dont worry about sourcing a delivery company ? or do i need to souce a company for each country i want to ship in ? Thanks

Hi Katie, you need to set up delivery profiles for specific countries. Once you get an order come through etsy, printshrimp literally do everything else. After placing the order with printshrimp you will get a tracking number from the courier used for that destinatin. Once you have this, go on your order on etsy and select the option to add a package and here you can give the customer the tracking number and select which courier it was sent by. https://www.printshrimp.com/pricing Use this link to create individual delivery profiles for each one of those destinations and you're set! For example I set up a delivery profile for the EU1 and EU2 countries individually as well as all the other ones.
Upscayl
Hello, I have been using Canva app to upscale, but I’m looking to do this long term and thought I’d invest in a better upscaler, so purchase upscayl but when uploading to Canva says file to big and can only upload file less than 50mb in size, can anyone help? Thanks

When I use upscayl, I change the format to jpeg and 99% of the time the file size is good to upload to canva when doing the designs
