Hi guys, just wanting some advice… a customer ordered a print for £57.49 18x24. The image was printed at 5400x7200 at 300DPI. The customer put in a complaint saying the poster was too pixelated and bad quality I was happy to offer a replacement and purchased a better upscaler, after altering the quality and they asked me to send the image in a PDF to double check it before I sent the replacement. I sent a screenshot of the image as you can’t attach PDF’s on Etsy chats and they’ve said they’re still not happy and want a refund and to send the poster back. What would you do in this situation? I’ve stated on my shops I don’t accept refunds as all posters are printed on demand, but am aware this is a complaint about quality so might be different? Thanks for your advice

Hi everyone, wondering if anyone’s got any bright ideas. I’ve been upscaling my prints manually and changing the dpi on photoshop but I think essentially they aren’t coming out sharp enough on large sizes. I’ve tried downloading the upscayl app, which because of the version of Mac I have (Monterey 12), won’t work. The desktop version won’t let me subscribe or use a free trial despite trying multiple emails. Does anyone have any other ways they’ve been upscaling??
