Just a quick reminder
Hi everyone, Jayda here (one of the support team🌿) When you complete a lesson or make progress in the course, don’t forget to click the checkmark button on the right side✅ This helps track your progress and shows how far you’ve come in the 7-Day Challenge. It’s a simple way to stay motivated and celebrate your consistency. Keep up the great work, everyone🙌

Tai Chi / Tai Ji
@Kirby Mannon @Jayda Jeon My apologies, I have what I fear is a very newbie question… but this is a safe space, right? Could you please explain the difference between Tai Chi and Tai Ji? Thank you!

Good question Tai chi is often called Tai Chi Quan, and that is another terminology that is used to describe Tai Chi or is it Tai Qi Quan ??

Hello Everyone i am in Adelaide South Australia . I am not new to tai Qi or Qigong and practice both Mainly 8 Brocades and Beijing 24 and Zhuang Zhong . I also do Bagua circle walking but want to learn more in this area . I found Sonny on U tube per chance and liked the vibe of the videos so looking forward to learning more .

@Maya Rodriguez i too am exploring the Qigong and Yoga pathways. I think they are a great fit ! I think your experience in yoga and Qigong will help to give insight into how to integrate both even thou some say they are complete arts themselves . I feel that may be so for some but i think that both Arts have something to offer for a better experience . If i do a short yoga workout and then do Tai Qi it is certainly a different feeling as to just doing warm ups . For me both are good but just different experiences . Looking forward to more insights
