First time wearing the new red Monterey Coral Cave. I decided I needed to pair it with a green shirt and red socks to complete the holiday look. I’m really a big fan of Monterey these days. Merry Christmas gents.

Got her back form Shinola yesterday with a clean bill of health. At the dial, she started leaking and well there went waterproofing. But she’s back and ready to go.

Having acquired so many pieces from Monterey over time (8), Tim reached out and asked if he could build a one-off for me. Knock me over with a feather isn't a cliche anymore. Timing was perfect, also (next day following treatment- always the worst). For me, it was like playing with my Dad's TinkerToy set when I was a kid. - He laid out several faces: I started with the Blackstream F face, - then choose from 6 different bezel colors/materials/presentations, - then what strap/bracelet, - then what crown/case. Here is the finished product with its 1st strap. I present the Blackstream F Transition (nod to Succession Planning). Have an awesome Tuesday
