Who’s quit the hard stuff but can’t quit nicotine? I got clean 3 years ago and quit smoking cigarettes only to be highly addicted to vaping😩 a girls gotta have at least one vice right ? Nah for real. I need to quit I tried before but damn it’s hard. Reduced nicotine down to 5mg but I’m angry anxious and brain foggy 😩😩

I stopped smoking on 14th September last year using the spray, then on 2nd November got a chest infection and from that date never touched the spray, I had about 100 failed attempts at stopping smoking it’s hard, but I think I finally cracked it

Give the nicotine spray ago. 2 sprays every hr if needed, then work down
My situation this needs to change
I’m on the tail end of a 6 year cocaine addiction, I’m currently a full time carer for my mom who has dementia and COPD and I’ve been sleeping on her living room floor for nearly two years. My addiction cost me my relationship 2 years ago and I lost everything. I had to quit my job to look after mom and I don’t have friends around me just 2 or 3 people who take and sell cocaine. I’m sorry if I seem all over the place mate I’ve had enough of being like this

Mate I’m over 3 years off cocaine after using for 25 years +. Firstly talking about it helps, secondly don’t sit in misery, addiction loves keeping you there. Wake up get your thoughts together. Say your sorrys to the people who need to hear it and from that point you move forward, you don’t let people drag you back down. you stop saying sorry, you start moving forward, make plans, small plans. Addiction loves isolation, it’s now how much do you want it mate, I maybe able to help in what I learnt and pass on, I got help from a team called breakfree in Liverpool run by my friends. Best decision I made
