Wealthbox and tracking client review meetings
Curious is anyone has a best practice for tracking client annual reviews. Here's what I'm doing: I have Tags for "Client Review: 1st half of year" and "Client Review 2nd half of year". I use these tagged groups in conjunction with an email template for reaching out to schedule their reviews. Also, when I set up a review I use the client category "Client Review" in the calendar--as a WB "Event". What I'd like to do from here, is periodically run a report that shows all of those tagged and who has the "Client Review" (WB 'event') set up, to see who I have and have not met with in that half of the year. I'd like to use this report to quickly find out who I need to track down and reach out to (since they haven't set up a 'client review' (event) with me yet). I can't seem to get the reports to do this for me. Thanks in advance!

This is great, @Aly Barnes . Thanks for sharing! I need to digest this more.... I've been using tags and may have to change that to using the custom field (and probably why I can't see a great report on this.). Thanks again.

Curious: What CRM are you using — and why?
I’m exploring the advisor tech stack more closely and trying to get a sense of which CRMs are most commonly used in the RIA space. I’m specifically interested because I’m focusing on building automations for advisory firms — and I want to study the platforms you rely on most so I can create meaningful, time-saving workflows (think onboarding, follow-ups, reviews, etc.). Would love to hear what CRM you’re using (e.g., Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce, etc.), what you like/don’t like, and where you wish it worked better. Thanks in advance — this will help me focus my study and product development in the right direction.

Hi Richard, just joined this community and saw your post. 20-year advisor, on my 3rd CRM. Last 10 years was on advisor engine, and JUST now am moving to Wealthbox. I'm a big fan of processes and ease of use, and I have to say I'm completely blown away by Wealthbox so far. I'm early yet, getting started, but I can say it is very easy to use, update, and from what I can tell to create tasks/workflows, etc. I especially like the way that tasks are organized so I can be efficient day to day, as well as how easy it links with email and my calendar. Hoping to learn more about WB as I go, but just wanted to let you know to give this a serious look-highly recommend. The other is Red Tail of course--many advisor friends I know use this and like it, although they have said that the worflows have limitations (not sure how exactly, but something to compare).
