Anyone heard of the FlowHive?
This showed up on my insta a while back (before winter) and have been kicking around the idea of getting this. Right now my two hives are in a normal bee hive box and a 55 gallon drum. The simplicity of this seems worth the cost but would like others to chime in. Flow Hive 2+ | The premium Flow beehive - Flow Hive US (honeyflow.com)

@Amanda Boyce great constructive response! I have worked with flow hives in the UK, Sth Africa & Indian ocean . I know of beekeepers in Australia who love them particularly where there is low rainfall. A handful of brits have had success with them. My main gripe is the wooden walls are too thin no clips to attach the boxes to each other or the base & the roof leeks! With some modifications they manage ok. I met the designers and love their intention and they could be a great hive for a small commercial operation. I use a mixture of hives, WBC, Nationals, Golden, straw Skeps, log hives & even plastic Apimaye hives . It all depends on your intentions and location.

What in particular do you want to know?
Greetings from zone 10a
Ciao tutti! I’m Giovanni, a travel advisor who specializes in crafting luxury, worry-free journeys through Italy. Whether you’re a traveler dreaming of Tuscan sunsets or a travel agent who wants an expert set of eyes on an itinerary, I love helping people experience the Italy they really came for—authentic, stylish, and tailored to their pace. I host this: fb.com/groups/youritaly When I’m not mapping out itineraries, you’ll find me digging in the dirt (I’m a passionate vegetable and flower gardener in zone 10a 🌱🌸), ghostwriting stories for others, or embracing my favorite new title: Nonno—proud grandfather! Travel, family, and good food are at the heart of everything I do, and I can’t wait to learn and share inspiration and ideas within this group. 🇮🇹✨

I love Italy & particularly enjoyed the Honey sensory training courses in Bologna. Where in Italy are you based, and do you keep bees?
Apimondia?
Hello I wonder who in this group is planning on attending Apimondia later this month in Copenhagen?
