As we prepare for our upcoming clinic we have some awesome discussion points we plan to cover. In addition to this, we want to know what topics/questions you all have or would like to see covered over the course of the clinic. These can be strength and conditioning or nutrition topics/questions. I’d be interested in hearing about intense periodisation verse a gradual increase maybe in the light of a plateau. For example, are you better or worse off doing a really hard week and then dropping it back the week after to allow for good recovery? Or, is it just better to keep a gradual increase to the load. However, some weeks your just not capable to do the work, some weeks you can just do more. So are you better to base the workout on RPE?
