Working at UPS loading 747s,767s, and other cargo planes in the dead of winter with 60ft high snow drifts coming off the sorting building. Temps fluctuated from 10° to -30° with the wind chill. The air ramps we worked on had rollers to move the 4,000lb + air cans full of mail and could amputate your foot in a split second if you weren't paying attention to the direction it was traveling. I worked night crew and learned how to battle freezing temps, dangerous tasks, and sleep deprivation. It was my first job that required me to be cognizant of my surroundings and work like a man. I learned how to do hard work that I could be proud of accomplishing.

Welcome to this amazing community please introduce yourself below. 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ Hello! My name is Ely Rivera, and I have spent 22 years as a firefighter, dedicating my career to helping people—often in their most critical moments. This extensive experience has shown me the powerful importance of taking immediate action, communicating clearly, and working together to solve problems, whether big or small. Beyond emergency calls, my commitment to helping others extends deeply into my personal life. As a married man for over 17 years, being a family man isn't just a title; it's the foundation of my drive to create a safe and supportive environment, not only for my loved ones but for everyone in my community. This perspective reinforces my belief in understanding individual needs and building trust. I'm passionate about extending this mindset of service and support. Whether through community initiatives, mentoring, coaching, or simply being a reliable resource, I'm motivated to make a positive impact wherever I can. By sharing our skills and time, and approaching challenges with the same care we give our families, we can strengthen our communities and make them more resilient. We will work together using the 1st Phorm app along with 1st Phorm supplements and nutritional products. I look forward to connecting with others who share this passion for helping and exploring how we can collectively support those around us. @everyone 🚀 How to Get the Most Out of This Community I didn't build this group for you to be a spectator. I built it for you to take action. Here is how we move the needle together: 1. Introduce Yourself (The Level 1 Challenge) Don't be a ghost. Comment on this thread below. - Tell us: What's your current goal? - The "Ely" Special: What’s the hardest thing you’ve done this week? - Pro Tip: On Skool, you level up by getting likes on your posts. Introducing yourself is the fastest way to hit Level 2! 2. The Daily 10k Step Check-In We move every day. Whether you’re walking in the Arizona heat or on a treadmill at home, post a screenshot of your 10k steps in the community feed. This keeps everyone accountable—myself included.

FALL OF
To get back on track after a "fall off," focus on these three steps: Show Up (The Entry Point): Forget the heavy PRs for a day. Just break the streak of inactivity by getting through the gym doors or completing your mile walk. Momentum starts with the first step. Reset Your Fuel: Fix the nutrition immediately. Getting your hydration and supplement routine (like your 1st Phorm stack) back in order provides an early daily "win" that builds discipline for the workout. Focus on Routine, Not Results: Don't worry about how you look or feel right now. Simply commit to your schedule and the clock. Discipline is about doing the work even when the motivation is gone. What will you do today to get back on track? 1st person to guess the weight of my ruck correctly gets a free prize.

I fell off from the gym everyday making the excuse that all these other workouts would lead me to fatigue. Giving myself an out. Not cool. Started going back to the gym yesterday. Everyday is DAY ZERO! LG!
Losing motivation/progress … how to recover?
Hello, I’ve been sick for the past week. I feel like I’ve lost progress in my weight gain journey. Before I was sick I weighted 180 LB now I’m back down to 175 LB. During that time I still worked at my job that requires me to walk quite a bit. I still tried to hit my step goals & water intake to help my recovery. After my sickness, when I stepped on the scale and saw I dropped 5 pounds I felt defeated. All my work I’ve put in just washed away in a week. I used to be 315 LB and dropped down to 175 LB and along that journey there were stalemate when my body would plateau and I had to fight through it. I understand that everybody’s body is different and we’re all fighting our own little things in the world. My advice for you all is if you’re feeling defeated. Pray ask for strength and motivation. Find something/someone that motivates you. Ask for advice. We’re all in this TOGETHER!!!
