Definitely feel guilty on rest days. But know itās a must in the long term. I know I canāt exercise every day, as much as I want to. Itās a fine balance between a good thing and obsession.

This week is a deload week, I went a bit longer than the 4th week as circumstances changed. The obstacle is easing off, but a few niggles may welcome a lighter week
I take my electrolytes every day, thatās about it. Started on Magnesium but believe itās within the electrolyte, so didnāt want to ādouble upā
This week I used as a reset with just a few shorter runs, so itās taken patience to not do much. Iām not great at just sitting around, so I guess I can be proud. Not exercising as much and eating more doesnāt help the mind play tricks about added weight etc. Next week I get into a 14 week plan for a half in November - so been doing final planning, using principles learnt from marathon training.
