Going strong I got up early to start walking so I donโ€™t have to play catch up at the end of the day. Iโ€™m committed to achieving every day. Focused on and determined.

I have no idea what I am supposed to do supposed to eat supposed to fill out but itโ€™s only been a week great program??????
Day 4 doubts
Ending day four l hit steps target of 12000 steps on day three and eating smaller portions of right foods and drinking 3+ litres a day. What I have trouble with is doing and reading stuff on an iPhone and understanding what to do. So I will complete what I have started and probably go o with diet and exercise but reading off a 65cm screen is not for me. Technology I find is confusing. Being on a pension makes meeting dietary needs hard. Plus paying out $1400 in doctorโ€™s bills and more to come itโ€™s hard.

Thanks for the invite Mick started with a 5000 step walk this morning when my average for the last week was 2796 steps and settling into a nutritious breakfast and not my usual bowl of cereal
