Hi Deb, I looked into them and thought they were value, but it turned out they weren't. They spin a yarn that somehow when they print a code on your product that it'll protect your copyright. It won't! People can copy your content, mask the code and there's no Book Funnel police out there that even cares. It amazes me that there's 'authors' and 'people who prey on authors'! Wanting to charge for mentorship, add ons you can't do without, in a world where 95% of authors don't even cover costs. I get 2 or 3 gmail account scammers every day trying to flog me some magical way of becoming successful.

@Indi Ws by 'read aloud', you mean it is a video/audio narrated story book? Or you mean you expect parents to read aloud a turn page paper book? 😀

This site is pretty cool actually. There are some self publishing sites, that if they even sniff anything AI, the trolls unite and make you the blood sport of the day! They run you out of town real quick. 🫣

When I think how many freebies are on my website, that no one has never downloaded, the idea that freebies will help sales for me was a waste of time. 😒

@Will Granbery were you able to post a link in your bio? TT is worse than Youtube for that. And links in Bios to the doom scrollers, is a shoulder shrug's worth of effort... too much! Good effort though 😀
