Most people say they want to be more consistent⦠but when it actually comes down to showing up every day, thatās where it falls apart. So hereās the question: are you actually about it? š This 10 day consistency challenge starts tomorrow, Tuesday April 7th. Itās simple on paper. Push ups, movement, reading. Thatās it.
