Can the number I purchased from assistable have a business caller ID so the receiving end is not getting a possible “spam” call?

For outbound calls, can the AI agent start the call with, “Hi, calling for ________.” for each contact? (Custom value?) Do I just add this in the prompt? Thanks!

I have a different question… how can I import my virtual phone number created in GHL into assistable? I was told I need to contact support to get access to the termination url. Any help you can provide would be great!
