My first Wholesale Win!!
Hey Team Heyy!!! It is with great joy that I get to report a signed contract and a pending closing with SML!! Thank you @Aidelys for all of your Help❤️. Id like to let everyone know the steps I took to get to this Win. I first had to remember the necessities of goal setting @Haime(thanks for the reminder) , organization and mind set. I watched the tutorial on time management and implemented the steps. I pulled a foreclosures list that had an auction date from Propstream and got to work cold calling. I continued with follow ups and fostered a relationship that opened the door for a signed contract, that definitely came with Aidelys help. Aidelys feedback for me was so ideal because I had the first step which was relationship building but the closing and negotiating component is where I need to develop.
