Wanted to not go to the gym today, said to myself "just go and do some mobility work", ended up doing a good workout. Half snatch, OH reverse lunge, bent over row, hang lift, hang clean, and repeat 10 times on one side. Follow up with 10 push ups. Rest as required/Mobility work. Repeat on the other side. Several rounds. Ended with sets of strict pull ups.
I will also keep my reports under this post. The first week was quite easy, because I had a couple mandatory rest days there. I started walking at least around the block. I'm writing my meals down to application. There's plenty of work even a regular meal times.
That is so cool that you work out at the beach like that. I only have an 18 pound and a 32 pound kettle bell right now and I usually do it at home but thereโs kettle bells at my gym.
