If you're not making any sales right now, you need to read this because... Nobody will ever give you money if you don't fix your sh*tty offer. I mean it. I just reviewed a ton of your offers and... It wasn't pretty. It was actually brutal. You are all making the EXACT same mistakes as each other. Which is why nobody is buying what you're trying to sell. This is why when people work with me/my team, the first thing we do is fix their offer. From there, we help them sell it, and they make a ton of money. Here are the top 3 mistakes I see ALL OF YOU (our non-clients) making with your offers: Mistake #1: You haven't specified who it's for. You're trying to help everyone. You think: "I can help lots of different people!" The result? You end up helping no one because people are not attracted to generalists. You can't possibly speak the language of a basketball player if you're also helping busy, burnt out moms 😂 The fix: Have a clear, spear headed label of your ideal customer. Example: Single moms. Look how clear and simple that is! More examples: Online coaches Personal trainers Plumbers Highschool soccer players Female actors Christian dads NONE of you are being that specific and clear. But you need to be. Our clients are. And yes, even if you are targeting JUST VEGANS, you can still work with meat eaters or vegetarians if you want - but your marketing needs to be focused on JUST VEGANS.

Selling course material is stupid, do this instead 👇 ⚠️ Warning: You may not like or agree with what I write here, but I promise it will make you more money if you implement this tactic. I don't sell information. I give it all away for free. ALL OF IT. Information has never been more free, abundant, and undervalued. So why try n sell it? Master @Frank Kern told me years ago that if I want to make a lot of money, I should first "prove to people you can help them by actually helping them." I took that to heart. Now? My FREE Skool community members get everything my low ticket ($197/month) & my high ticket (north of 5k) clients get, except for 1 thing... What's the thing? It's the only thing worth paying for! A service. An incredibly helpful service. I give everything (all my BEST course material + pdf's, recordings, etc.) away for free to my free Skool community members, and I reserve only my services for my paid members. Why? 100+ reasons. But here's one: How can I ethically withhold helpful information from people when I genuinely want to see them succeed ASAP? I can't. That'd be asinine. Which is why my free Skool community members get access to: 1) The same course materials my HT clients have access to. 2) The same links and resources my HT have access to. 3) The same workshops my HT have access to. 4) And yes... even the same group zoom coaching calls my HT attend! So then... what do my HT & LT clients get that my free members don't get? I already told you... A service! Your services can look like whatever you want them to look like, but here's what mine looks like: My low ticket clients get 5x small group sessions per week with my team & I where we help them grow their business quickly. Our service includes reviewing their Skool community, website, funnel, content, DM's, sales calls, etc. and giving them feedback to make everything better. My high ticket clients, on the other hand, get to work directly (1 on 1) with me & my team on Zoom (or IRL) for even quicker results.

Step 1: Write down how much money you want to make per month (example: $10,000 per month) on a piece of paper. Step 2: Put that piece of paper on your fridge and on your bathroom mirror. Step 3: Everyday when you see that piece of paper with the number on it, smile, celebrate, and say something WITH FEELING like: "Yes! That's how much I'm making right now!" Step 4: Repeat daily. Why it works: Scientists have proven our nervous system & subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between what's real and what's imagined. This is why athletes who visualize performing their sport improve far faster than the athletes who don't visualize. So if you imagine something long enough, and with an intense enough emotion, it will soon become real. I did this with my first $10,000/month sticky note. Then I did it again with my $50,000/month sticky note. Then I did it again with my $200,000/month sticky note. It totally works! But look: If you want to be an online health/fitness coach...
