What are the best scraper tools you guys use and could recommend?

Everyone talks about automations, but nobody talks about alignment. Does anyone know the easiest way to convert a PDF into a CSV file to upload into GHL. I have a whole lead list and was looking for the best way to convert it. There is still some information that I would like to get out before uploading to GHL.
