Do you think we expect too much conversation from our adult child? They try to let us know that they are busy. Is it that we take it personally that they are "busy"

Catherine - I’m so very sorry for you and your daughter’s loss. And thank you for modeling care and concern for us, as well as taking care of yourself. Your grief is valid and matters. IME (in my experience) we don’t always have to be the “strong” one.
