Is it true that after getting used to pour over coffee, you would prefer it on all other types? If yes, why?

Roasting Machines
Hello every one. I am planning to start a coffee-shop business in a big city where there are plenty of coffeeshops I wanted to do in house roasting and wondering what would be the best roaster for a small cofeeshop, estimating to roast about 2-5 kg per day? Did any of you try Stronghold roasters? I am super interested to hear about your experience. thanks

Many thanks for this valuable insights, indeed this is an awesome advice, I am in discussion with the manufacturer on many of these technicalities, my main concerns are the daily average production capacity and maintenance cycles/ spare parts, and availability of technical support, etc. My ultimate goal is to be able to meet my coffee-shop roasting needs and produce high quality (elite) roasted coffee beans for sell, not only for in house usage.
