Hello every one.
I am planning to start a coffee-shop business in a big city where there are plenty of coffeeshops
I wanted to do in house roasting and wondering what would be the best roaster for a small cofeeshop, estimating to roast about 2-5 kg per day?
Did any of you try Stronghold roasters? I am super interested to hear about your experience.
