If anyone is looking to buy GMC approved Store
Hello everyone! I am new to this community. I am curently looking to raise some capital for q4 and hence I am liquidating 2 of my USA GMC Approved stores. These are 1 month old GMCs. If anyone is looking to purchase, please let me know. We can discuss.

@Joe Thaliath Welcome to the community! Q4 is definitely a busy time to be raising capital. For anyone considering this, Iโ€™d make sure to do proper due diligence on the stores and their history before making a purchase. Are the two GMCs currently actively running ads and generating sales, or are they simply approved and ready to use?

@Joe Thaliath Got it, that makes sense. Running them at $5/day and having a $500 promo active definitely gives potential buyers something to work with. Out of curiosity, whatโ€™s your main goal for joining this community? Are you mainly here to connect with potential buyers, learn from other entrepreneurs, find new opportunities, or grow your e-commerce business?
introduction
Whatโ€™s up everyone, Enrique here! Iโ€™m an eCommerce operator currently building and scaling multiple DTC brands across a few different niches. Most of my experience has been on the full-stack side of eCommerce: product research, offer creation, Shopify/CRO, creative strategy, Meta Ads, Google Shopping, email, fulfillment, and the day-to-day operations that come with actually running the brands. Google Ads has become a much bigger focus for me recently, especially Shopping and Performance Max. Iโ€™ve had some solid results so far, but I joined because I want to get much deeper into the platform; better campaign structure, feed optimization, bidding strategy, scaling, attribution, and understanding whatโ€™s actually happening under the hood instead of just relying on surface-level metrics like most operators.. Iโ€™m currently working on a newer apparel brand that Iโ€™m actively building out and scaling, so I should have plenty of real account data and situations to bring into the community. Looking forward to learning from everyone here, contributing wherever I can, and getting significantly better at Google Ads!

@Enrique Murillo Welcome, Enrique Sounds like youโ€™ve already got a strong eCommerce foundation, so going deeper into Google Ads should be a great next step. Looking forward to seeing the data and lessons you bring from the new apparel brand. Whatโ€™s the biggest area of Google Ads youโ€™re hoping to improve firstโ€”scaling, campaign structure, or feed optimization?

@Kiriakos Stefanidis Yo Kiriakos, welcome! Youโ€™re definitely in the right place to learn and connect with others doing Google Ads dropshipping. Thereโ€™s a lot to learn, but once you understand the fundamentals, it starts coming together. What are you hoping to achieve first launching your first store, getting your first sales, or scaling an existing store?
Low (1.5x) ROAs in first 10 days, is this normal? Or time to take action?
Itโ€™s been 10 days since I switched from โ€œMax Clicksโ€ to โ€œMax Conversion Value,โ€ and so far the results have been very disappointingโ€”an average ROAS of 1.5x over this period. Is this normal? If not, what could be causing this? And what else can I do, or is this really just a matter of letting Google do its thing? The average CPC is โ‚ฌ1.79, and the daily budget is โ‚ฌ40, so Iโ€™m not necessarily getting that many clicks per day. I currently have around 30 products in my campaign. Itโ€™s a Shopping campaign using the Max Conversion Value bidding strategy. Itโ€™s menโ€™s fashion dropshipping in the Netherlands, by the way.

@Jรฉrรฉmy Steeneveld I wouldnโ€™t panic after just 10 days, especially since you changed the bidding strategy. Max Conversion Value can need some time and conversion volume to stabilize, and with a โ‚ฌ40/day budget and โ‚ฌ1.79 CPC, the campaign isnโ€™t generating a huge amount of data yet. That said, 1.5x ROAS is worth monitoring closely. Iโ€™d avoid making several changes at once and give the strategy enough data to learn before judging it. How many conversions did you get during those 10 days?
Budget vs. product count
We're running โ‚ฌ50/day on Google Ads (PMax) for 153 products in the lighting niche (higher AOV, high-ticket). We resell existing brands, so pricing is competitive but margins are a bit tighter. Everything is optimized; titles, descriptions, competitive pricing but sales are very inconsistent: some days a sale, some days nothing. Most of these products haven't come close to getting enough spend yet to actually tell whether they're a winner or not. I get that spreading โ‚ฌ50/day across 153 products means each one gets very little data, and more products = longer to find winners. Question: is it better to just shrink our catalog for now so the remaining products get enough spend to actually prove themselves, or should we add more new products to test? What's actually worked for others in a similar high-ticket/reseller situation?

@Jasper Hutten With โ‚ฌ50/day across 153 high-ticket products, Iโ€™d probably focus on narrowing the catalog rather than adding more products right now. Concentrating spend on a smaller group should give you cleaner data and help identify winners faster. Once you have proven products, you can gradually expand from there. Are there already a handful of products generating most of your clicks or sales that you could prioritize first?
